Does anyone know what they mean by maximum oil production?

The question we should be asking about oil is not how much we have left, but at what point will we reach maximum oil production. But before you can even begin to answser that question you have to know what it means.Does anyone know what they mean by maximum oil production?
Peak oil - when production begins its terminal decline in spite of continuing demand.

We'll see conservation, substitution, and difficulties. We'll also see oil continuing to be found as the price goes up. Makes formerly non-economic prospects more feasible. At a certain point, the amount of energy to get oil out exceeds what it provides. That's the real end.Does anyone know what they mean by maximum oil production?
It's the same as ';peak oil';. It is the maximum quantity of oil that will ever be produced in a given time frame (probably one day or one year). After this point (picture the top of a bell curve), oil production will begin to fall. If demand for oil continues (no substitutions are available) then prices will rise.
Maximum oil production will be reached within the next five years supposedly. Then it is the slide. When the slide starts everyone is going to feel it. Everyone. Well actually everyone except the elite of the elite. The guys behind the curtain.

Watch this video. I'm sorry to sound harsh but in all reality you would have to be an idiot not to.
The Saudis have such fluid oil that they are limited only by how fast as they could pump it. We are limited in refineries but the reserves expand depending on price. Only time will tell what the maximum will be.
The most all the oil refinaries in the world can ';make'; in a certain time.
The maximum amount of money they can squeeze out of the American people.
