You need a 5/8'; or 16mm wrench for the drain plug. You DO NOT need to replace or install a drain plug gasket. This particular engine uses a drain plug that already has a rubber o-ring on it that serves the purpose of a gasket. Installing another gasket on it will cause it to leak. The engine oil filter is located at the driver side front of the engine. The engine oil filter you need is an FL-820S oil filter from Ford. The engine takes about 6.0 to 6.5 litres of 5W20 engine oil. Hope that gives you enough information.I have a 2001 ford mustang GT, what size oil drain plug gasket does it take?
