Where is the oil drain plug & the primary plug on a 2000 Harley-Davidson Sportster?

The Primary drain is under the rear of the primary (5/8 wrench) Engine oil plug is a hose at the bottom of the frame in front of the rear tire (flat head screw driver to loosen hose clamp)
